When it gets dark outside, the lights at Mogatec are far from going out. For the Late Shift event on November 14, we opened our doors and gave numerous visitors an insight into the wide range of areas within our company. The event highlighted the scale of Mogatec’s operations here in the Erzgebirge region and the extensive depth of our in-house manufacturing capabilities.
A small Christmas tree accompanied us throughout the tour, allowing visitors to follow the entire process chain from start to finish. The component began as an idea in the design department, was manufactured in production, assembled by our assembly team and ultimately ended up in the hands of our guests. This hands-on example provided a clear insight into how our teams work together across different departments.
The Late Shift event is something special for us every year as well. On this evening, students, parents, young professionals and experienced specialists come together to explore our facilities and take the opportunity to ask questions about technology, processes and career opportunities. For our younger guests in particular, the event is a great way to get to know Mogatec as a training company and gain a first impression of what we have to offer.
