Maximilian has been part of Mogatec for nine years. What began as a school internship intended to provide an initial insight into the company ultimately led to his decision to train as a machining technician. Working in production, he became familiar with a range of machines and gradually developed a strong understanding of processes and precision.
Today, he works in production planning for CNC parts manufacturing. His daily work bridges the gap between planning and production: he creates programs, sets up machines and supports the process through to commissioning. Every detail matters, with the ultimate goal of producing components that function exactly as intended.
Working closely with the team, he coordinates processes and develops solutions collaboratively. At the same time, he shares his experience and supports apprentices and new colleagues in their day-to-day work.
